Uses: Known for its rich, earthy, grounding scent, Cedarwood Oil is commonly used at night to help aid relaxation and induce sleepiness. It is both soothing and can contribute to a having a positive attitude. Like the wood it is derived from, this oil helps keep moths and other insects at bay.
Suggested Usage: Try blending it with Bergamot, Chamomile, Lavender, and Neroli for a nighttime aromatherapy blend. Put an open glass container with a few drops of Cedarwood oil and Lemongrass oil soaked cotton balls to ward off pesky insects intent on putting some holes in your favorite sweater!
