Uses: Its active ingredient, Eucalyptol, is most often used to relieve congestion caused by excess nasal and bronchial mucous. Having germ-destroying properties, it is also used to fight unwanted bacteria.
Suggested uses: Eucalyptus oil is great in a diffuser during cold season, or you can put a few drops in a bowl of steamy water to breathe in.
